Meet Rebecca Gordon
Hi, I’m Rebecca Gordon — a health coach, author, and wellness educator passionate about helping women feel better, regain energy, calm their nervous systems, and reconnect with their bodies in realistic and sustainable ways.
After living with multiple sclerosis for over 20 years, I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, exhausted, discouraged, and searching for answers. My goal is to create a warm, encouraging space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to take small meaningful steps toward healthier, more balanced lives without shame, fear, or perfectionism.
